Knapheide has strategically positioned chassis pools from coast to coast. Customers have immediate access to Ford chassis, cutaway chassis and cargo vans for expedited installation and delivery. Knapheide has a total of fifteen locations, providing the largest network of chassis pools in North America and acting as an extension of inventory for dealers such as Valor Fleet.
SHIP-THRU
Knapheide is authorized to re-enter completed upfits back into the OEM ship-thru system for a cost effective delivery option. Knapheide receives the chassis, performs the body installation, then returns the completed unit back to the chassis plant through the OEM rail system. Knapheide has strategically positioned itself close to the major OEM plants in order to offer this competitive shipping method.
DROP SHIP
Knapheide has drop ship codes for all of the major commercial OEM brands including Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Isuzu, Nissan, Ram and Toyota. Utilize this time saving delivery method to get the chassis to your desired upfit location. First freight rates are also available from Peterbilt Motor Company's manufacturing facility in Denton, TX.
